Tim Garner
Owner & Founder
Tim has spent three decades in enterprise IT, e-discovery, and legal technology sales, working with law firms, corporations, school districts, and government clients across the country.
Along the way he watched the same pattern repeat: clients paying 40 to 100 percent markups to giant resellers, simply because nobody ever showed them the real number. So he started showing it to them.
On one early deal, a client had been quoted $1.6 million for security software Tim could source for about $1 million. He disclosed his cost, negotiated a fair margin, and saved them half a million dollars. That deal set the model Harbour runs on today.

Naomi Garner is the owner of Harbour Digital & Associates, where she has actively participated in the company's business operations since 2015. With more than 30 years of experience in human resources and business management, Naomi brings extensive expertise to the clients she serves. Her background includes directing HR operations, guiding organizational development, and managing business initiatives across a wide range of industries.
In addition to her HR and business management experience, Naomi has a strong foundation in medical records management and eDiscovery. Her deep understanding of healthcare information systems and electronic discovery processes allows her to support clients in highly specialized and compliance-driven environments.

Kaleigh Garner
Office Manager
Kaleigh Garner serves as the Office Manager at Harbour Digital & Associates, where she plays a key role in keeping daily operations organized and efficient. She provides administrative support, manages payroll, and delivers reliable sales support to assist the team.
Kaleigh oversees collections and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all financial processes. She also handles detailed data entry, entering jobs into the system with precision and consistency. Her strong organizational skills and dependable work ethic make her an integral part of Harbour Digital's operations.
